These static head forms come in five standard facial/head sizes (Small, Medium, Large, Long/Narrow, and Short/Wide) corresponding to International Organization for Standards (ISO) technical specification ISO 16900-11 (vision) &16900-14 (sound).
They have a stainless- steel ISO 16900-5 trachea containing two sampling ports. The trachea can be attached to an i-bodi digital breathing machine, for the testing of flow and performance.
The front of the face has an elastomer skin with a standard shore hardness of 30 (other Shore Hardness are available), to provide a realistic locus point for a respirator mask.
The under-skull is made from a cast aluminium filled resin, providing some thermal mass, and the complete head form is mounted to an i-bodi 316 stainless-steel stand.
The ISO 16900-11 head forms are equipped with LED lights in each eye.
The ISO 16900-14 head forms are equipped with microphones in each ear and a choice of either standard or class 1 NTI sound equipment. This includes 2 NTI Microphones, and 2 NTI sound level analyser in each ear, an acoustic sound Calibrator and a traceable certification.
