Respirator Testing head-form for NIOSH ISI SR-085

The ISI Anthropometric Model SR-085 test head, used for conforming to NIOSH Standard Test Procedures, has a solid machined tooling board head with a stainless-steel breathing tube with an internal diameter of 20mm. There is a stainless- steel sample port in the upper lip that has a 3mm internal diameter and a 6mm outer diameter. The underside of the head has four 8mm threaded inserts mounted into the base, that can be utilised to mount to an i-bodi stainless-steel base or to the customers own support system if preferred.

This revised version of this head-form has a silicone elastomer skin with a Shore A Hardness of 30, which provides a more realistic locus point for testing a respirator or N-95 half mask. This head-form has also been engineered to be used within a temperature range of -32°C to +75°C.

The ISI Anthropometric Model SR-085 test head is required for the following standards:

NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84, Respirator Protective Devices standard.
