This head-form is based on a NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) medium sized head. It has a stainless- steel ISO 16900-5 trachea, to attach to a breathing machine, (such as the i-bodi DBM). The head has a 00-30 Shore Hardness elastomer skin, (different Shore Hardness can be provided), to provide a realistic locus point for a respirator. The under-skull is made from a machined polymer board and the whole system is mounted on a robust stainless-steel base.
Head-forms with different internal diameter trachea can be produced on request.
