Helmet Mounted Earmuff Test Platform EN13819-12002

This test platform has been developed to carry out the stand-by durability test for helmet mounted earmuffs as part of the requirements for EN 13819-12002.  The platform has a fully adjustable crank disk which allows for seven different throw positions. The amount of test cycles required can be programmed in by setting the counter and the test rig will then continue to run until the pre-set number of cycles is complete at a rate of 5 cycles per minute. To protect the user, the rig is contained within a safety chamber.
